Ticket Office and Enquiries Supervisor

Babylonstoren is looking for a confident, approachable and service-oriented supervisor to lead its Ticket Office and Enquiries team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, leads by example and takes pride in creating a warm, welcoming and professional guest experience. Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Ticket Office and Enquiries team.
• Provide clear direction, coaching and constructive feedback to team members.
• Ensure guests receive a warm welcome and consistent, professional service.
• Answer guest enquiries promptly and follow them up where necessary.
• Oversee bookings, group enquiries, payments, deposits and refunds.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date booking and payment records.
• Resolve guest concerns efficiently and escalate matters when appropriate.
• Coordinate clear handovers between shifts and keep management informed of operational matters, team performance and issues needing attention.
