Thought Leadership Manager

About the role

Trialogue is seeking a Thought Leadership Manager to lead its suite of knowledge‑sharing platforms, including the annual Business in Society Handbook, conference, Knowledge Hub, Academy, webinars and website. The role ensures high‑quality, well‑sponsored content that continuously grows and innovates, positioning Trialogue as a leading voice in responsible business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery of the conference, handbook, Knowledge Hub and webinars, overseeing budgets, timelines, milestones and team meetings.
• Plan and facilitate the annual conference and monthly webinars, developing topics, securing speakers, and coordinating with clients and sponsors.
• Provide guidance and support to the client relationship coordinator, technical administrator, production coordinator, researchers, administrators and writers.
• Lead digital content strategy, oversee website technical requirements and the creation of e‑learning courses.
• Identify and manage external service providers such as designers, writers, production companies and facilitators.
• Develop and maintain a company‑wide marketing and communications strategy to reinforce Trialogue’s thought‑leadership position.
• Stay current on industry trends and coordinate content development (themes, topics, experts, speakers, authors) across all platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing multi‑disciplinary projects and teams in a knowledge‑sharing or publishing environment.
• Strong understanding of sustainability, corporate social investment and responsible business practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage corporate sponsors, clients and expert contributors.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on growing audience reach and platform innovation.
