Territory Sales & Business Development Representative

About the role

This field‑based position focuses on expanding the presence of a premium outdoor lifestyle brand across the Garden Route and Eastern Cape. You will be travelling extensively, meeting hospitality and design professionals, and driving new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities from George to Port Elizabeth.
• Build relationships with hotels, resorts, guesthouses, restaurants, coffee shops, wine estates, architects, interior designers, landscapers and property developers.
• Conduct client visits, deliver professional product presentations and prepare quotations.
• Provide after‑sales support, respond to enquiries and maintain long‑term customer satisfaction.
• Submit weekly sales activity reports, update the pipeline and give territory feedback.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and represent the brand at networking events, exhibitions and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of external sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of generating new business.
• Experience in hospitality, furniture, interiors or premium product sales is advantageous.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, organised and target‑driven.
• Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively.
