Customer Experience & Studio Coordinator

About the role

This hands‑on position is perfect for someone who loves interacting with people, stays organised under pressure, and enjoys a fast‑paced studio environment. You will be the friendly voice on phones, live chat and in‑store, while helping to keep the studio running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phones, live‑chat messages and welcome walk‑in customers with warmth and care.
• Coordinate floristry assistants and drivers to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
• Support day‑to‑day studio coordination, including workflow, stock management and logistics.
• Pack flower orders alongside the team on most days.
• Create simple Instagram Reels and Stories to showcase studio life online.
• Provide basic digital‑marketing or social‑media support when needed.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in customer service, retail or hospitality.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Highly organised, calm under pressure and comfortable coordinating people.
• Willingness to work hands‑on in a busy studio environment.
• Ability to create engaging Instagram Reels and Stories on an iPhone.
• Basic digital‑marketing or social‑media skills (a bonus).
