About the role
The Temporary Customer Service Assistant provides front‑line support to customers, ensuring their inquiries are answered quickly and accurately. This position is essential for maintaining a high‑quality service experience and handling issues with urgency and care.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries via email or chat.
- Capture and document customer requests in the internal system.
- Resolve product or service issues, escalating when necessary.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of company offerings and procedures.
- Contribute to a shared knowledge base and team collaboration.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple requests.
- Flexibility to work any five days of the week, including public holidays.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
