Telesales Agent – Warranty & Service Sales

About the role

The Telesales Consultant will generate sales of warranty, service, maintenance and related automotive products through outbound calls. The role focuses on achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets while maintaining compliance with FAIS regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales for Warranty/Booster, Service & Maintenance, LPP, Adcover/Deposit Cover, Paint Tech & Tyre & Rim.
• Follow up on all sales leads promptly.
• Record call details accurately in the LMS.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
• Ensure adherence to QA and FAIS compliance criteria.
• Maintain professional selling skills and handle objections.
• Perform daily administration tasks.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Fully FAIS accredited as per DOFA date.
• Minimum 1–2 years telesales experience or strong sales passion for school leavers.
• Ability to work late and weekend shifts.
• Reliable transport and clean criminal/credit record.
• Willingness to complete RE/FAIS qualification if not already done.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Word.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Proficiency in Outlook.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Computer literate.
