About the role
Join a reputable automotive company as a Telesales Agent focused on vehicle replacement parts. You will work from the Goodwood office, handling inbound and outbound calls to support workshops and customers throughout the region.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service through counter sales, quotations and parts sourcing.
- Maintain and develop relationships with workshops and clients.
- Manage stock‑take activities and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Support the manager with general administrative tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Matriculation plus a sales or marketing certificate/diploma or equivalent experience.
- Minimum three years’ experience in automotive parts sales (non‑negotiable).
- Proven knowledge of vehicle parts and the aftermarket sales environment.
- Experience using multiple sales and inventory systems.
