Telesales Agent – Automotive (Montague Gardens)

About the role

Join a dynamic automotive company specializing in electric cars and motorbikes as a Telesales Agent. You will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple channels, delivering accurate product information and ensuring high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and timely.
• Escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Meet or exceed customer service performance targets and stay up‑to‑date with company products, policies, and procedures.

Required profile

• Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
• Proven experience in customer service or a call‑centre environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and willingness to work shifts, weekends or public holidays if required.
