About the role
We are a specialist boutique law firm based in Sandton, operating at the intersection of technology, commercial law and intellectual property. The position is full‑time, on‑site, and open only to candidates residing in Johannesburg. You will work on non‑litigation matters, developing expertise in a fast‑evolving legal niche.
Key responsibilities
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Advising on technology transactions.
- Handling licensing and intellectual property matters.
- Providing data protection, privacy and compliance advice.
Required profile
- Relevant exposure to technology, commercial and IP law through articles, studies or work experience, ranging from early‑career to senior level.
- Either a long‑term career focus within this specialised field or senior experience capable of hitting the ground running.
