Technical Talent Sourcer

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Talent Sourcer to join a boutique executive search firm that specializes in technology placements across the US and Europe. The role focuses on building pipelines of qualified tech professionals, conducting initial outreach, and supporting recruiters throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify qualified candidates for technical and non‑technical positions using Boolean searches and multiple sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Research companies, industries and talent markets to uncover high‑quality prospects.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email and recruiting campaigns, and perform high‑level screening calls.
• Present qualified candidates to internal recruiters for further evaluation.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Salesforce and the ATS, tracking activity and metrics.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, team meetings and training sessions.
• Meet outreach, conversation and qualified submission targets in a metrics‑driven environment.

Required profile

• Fluent English with the ability to communicate exclusively in English during the shift.
• Curious, research‑oriented and comfortable working with technical terminology.
• Goal‑focused and motivated by measurable recruiting outcomes.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, metrics‑driven culture.

What we offer

• Full‑time position (Monday‑Friday, 8 AM‑5 PM CT).
