Technical Sourcer (Remote – South Africa)

About the role

This remote position supports a partner company in identifying and engaging top technology professionals for global opportunities. Based in South Africa, the Technical Sourcer will build strong talent pipelines across software development, data, product, HR, and sales domains while collaborating with an international recruitment team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, advanced search techniques, and other recruitment platforms.
• Identify, engage, and nurture high‑quality technical talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and track sourcing metrics.
• Create compelling job descriptions, outreach messages, and candidate communications.
• Prepare regular performance and sourcing reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Technical Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, Recruiter or similar role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; intermediate German is a plus.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to manage priorities and handle multiple sourcing projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter (or equivalent advanced LinkedIn sourcing tools).
• Applicant Tracking System (ATS) management.
