Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a driven Technical Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives across our engineering and product teams. You will own end‑to‑end delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring alignment, timely execution, and post‑launch review.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of cross‑functional technical programs, from scoping and planning through launch and post‑launch review.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint reviews, retrospectives and maintain project tracking in Jira and Confluence.
• Serve as the connective tissue between engineering, product, design, data and customer‑facing teams, managing stakeholder communication and trade‑off decisions.
• Champion continuous improvement of Agile delivery processes and lead post‑mortems to translate learnings into actionable changes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in technical project or program management within a software or technology environment.
• Proven track record delivering complex, cross‑functional programs involving multiple engineering teams.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ability to adapt practices to team context.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Jira (board configuration, epics, sprints, reporting) and Confluence.
• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum practices.
• Use of AI productivity tools such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude.
• Familiarity with LLM‑based product development, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure and API‑based system architectures.
