Technical Project Manager

About the role

SoftConstruct is looking for a motivated Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technical projects. You will act as the bridge between development, IT, infrastructure and product teams, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage technical projects from initiation through delivery.
• Collaborate with software development, IT, infrastructure and product teams to define requirements and deliverables.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, resolve issues and report status to stakeholders.
• Coordinate tasks across multiple teams and ensure smooth collaboration between technical and non‑technical participants.
• Ensure project outputs meet technical standards, business requirements and quality expectations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned that align with the job description.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in IT project management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Management or a related discipline (Master’s or certifications such as PMP, PMI‑ACP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2 preferred).
• Strong understanding of software development processes, IT systems and infrastructure environments.
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving skills.
