Technical Project Manager – Infrastructure & Cloud Projects

About the role

The Technical Project Manager is responsible for delivering infrastructure, cloud, and transformation projects for a diverse client base. Working within the Professional Services team, you will guide projects from presales through planning, execution, go‑live and closure, ensuring technical solutions meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales to define technical delivery requirements, assess risks and schedule projects.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, deliverables and success criteria.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including engineers, consultants and third‑party vendors—to keep work on time, within budget and to specification.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes and adapt plans to evolving client needs.
• Deploy directly into client environments to act as an extension of their team, overseeing internal or third‑party initiatives.
• Contribute to internal process improvement, creating templates and tools for consistent project delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex IT infrastructure or cloud projects.
• Strong ability to translate business and technical requirements into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and stakeholder alignment.
• Agile and lean mindset with a focus on delivering high‑quality outcomes.
