Technical DevOps Engineer (UK hours)

About the role

We are seeking a Technical DevOps Engineer to support our Professional Services team. Working UK business hours, you will maintain internal productivity tools, streamline development processes, and embed AI capabilities to improve delivery for MRI Horizon and ProLease Enterprise clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain internal productivity tools and write Standard Operating Procedures.
• Identify inefficiencies in software development processes and implement streamlined solutions.
• Collaborate with product developers, release engineers, and application administrators to ensure best‑practice development.
• Manage priorities, liaise with stakeholders at all levels, and provide ad‑hoc automated reports.
• Develop integrations with other internal systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience writing technical documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, self‑management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaborative team spirit.
• Enthusiasm for AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and their benefits.
