Technical Architect Manager

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Technical Architect Manager to lead the build phase of mobile technology initiatives. The role bridges business, product, architecture and engineering teams to ensure technical specifications are delivery‑ready and that the build team executes against agreed scope, quality and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end mobile architecture across iOS, Android and cross‑platform stacks, designing for long‑term evolution and modular delivery.
• Translate business and functional requirements into scalable mobile architectures, covering navigation, state management, modularisation and complex multi‑journey flows.
• Define and enforce non‑functional requirements such as performance, security, resilience, offline capability and observability.
• Establish core mobile architecture patterns (Clean/Layered, Unidirectional Data Flow) and state‑management approaches for large‑scale applications.
• Design robust mobile‑to‑backend integration patterns (REST, GraphQL, BFFs, API versioning) with a focus on performance, stability and evolvability.
• Embed security‑by‑design, performance optimisation and offline‑first strategies across the mobile stack.
• Ensure architectures are CI/CD‑ready, supporting automated testing, release pipelines and consistent cross‑cutting patterns such as feature flags and error handling.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading technical delivery for complex digital, software or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the software delivery lifecycle, from requirements through design, build, testing and release.
• Ability to engage credibly with architects, engineering teams and business/product stakeholders.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and coordination skills.
