About the role
The Technical Advisor will provide technical support and service delivery to farmers using OVK Pro Livestock’s livestock data collection and analysis solutions. The role focuses on assisting clients, maintaining relationships, and ensuring accurate administration of services.
Key responsibilities
- Provision of technical services to producers.
- Technical support and service delivery to clients regarding OVK Pro Livestock’s livestock data collection and analysis products.
- Deliver technical assistance to farmers using OVK solutions.
- Promote the expansion and maintenance of client relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities.
- Control and management of administration.
Required profile
- Tertiary qualification in Agriculture.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Proficiency with computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Required skills
- Good communication in Afrikaans and English.
- Basic programming/coding knowledge.
- Proficiency with the MS Office suite.
- Ability to interpret livestock data.
