About the role
The Team Manager will act as a central decision‑maker, coordinating daily operations and supporting multiple teams across the organisation. This role requires a solid understanding of the company’s business and industry to guide personnel and ensure smooth workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to maintain efficiency and quality.
- Oversee multiple personnel, providing guidance and performance monitoring.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff members.
Required profile
- Strong knowledge of the company and its industry.
- Organised with strong leadership capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate with individuals across different teams.
- SAFA D‑License (not a priority).
