Talent Sourcer / Recruiter

About the role

FairPlay Engineering connects international talent with leading companies in the Netherlands. As a Talent Sourcer / Recruiter you will focus on the front‑end of the recruitment process, identifying, engaging and qualifying top candidates for hard‑to‑fill roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and innovative channels.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for difficult positions.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience and motivation.
• Present qualified candidates to internal Account Managers.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system and ensure a professional candidate experience.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
