Talent Partner – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

As a Talent Partner, you will be the trusted guide for candidates from initial outreach through long‑term success. Working remotely from South Africa, you will combine recruiting expertise with staffer advocacy to ensure every placement thrives and every staffer feels supported.

Key responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and other platforms.
• Screen applicants, conduct interviews and assess both technical and cultural fit.
• Manage candidate pipelines in Ashby and maintain professional communication.
• Coach candidates through client interviews and the offer process.
• Serve as the candidate’s advocate during onboarding and coordinate with the admin team.
• Own a portfolio of up to 50 active staffers, conducting regular check‑ins and monitoring productivity, engagement and well‑being.
• Track staffer satisfaction, identify development opportunities and recruit replacements when needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent management or staffer success.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with candidates and clients.
• Empathetic, proactive and comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Willingness to work on an EST 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule.

Required skills

• Ashby (ATS) or similar applicant tracking system.

• Compensation: $800–$1,000 USD per month (commensurate with experience).
