Talent Intelligence Analyst

About the role

Chapter 2 is looking for a Talent Intelligence Analyst to join its Talent Intelligence team. You will work closely with the Talent Intelligence Lead in London, delivering labour‑market research, salary benchmarks and competitor insights that directly inform client decisions and internal strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Transform research briefs into well‑sourced datasets covering salary benchmarks, talent‑pool sizing, location comparisons and competitor insight.
• Gather and triangulate market data from LinkedIn Talent Insights, Juicebox, public filings and other sources until figures are defensible.
• Automate data collection, cleaning and analysis using Claude Code, Gemini Deep Research, LLM APIs and other automation tools.
• Act as the quality gate by reconciling datasets, sense‑checking findings and flagging inconsistencies before delivery.
• Document methodologies, source notes and runbooks to ensure repeatable research processes.
• Support dashboards, change requests and trackers, turning new requests into clear, scoped tasks.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI tools and recommend those worth adopting.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of data, analytics and AI with the judgement to apply them to real research questions.
• A sharp eye for data inconsistencies and the discipline to verify your own work.
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and their practical applications.
• Research rigour – ability to assess source quality and triangulate data before trusting a number.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills (modelling, lookups, pivots, data cleaning).
• Clear, client‑ready written English and confidence to ask clarifying questions early.
• An experimental mindset, comfortable testing new LLMs, automation platforms and scraping tools.
