Talent Delivery Partner

About the role

The Talent Delivery Partner acts as the operational bridge between candidates, clients, recruitment teams and HR operations. Working remotely on a full‑time schedule (11 AM‑8 PM SAST), you will ensure smooth progression of candidates through the final stages of the recruitment process, delivering a professional experience for both candidates and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct final candidate engagement, readiness discussions and interview preparation.
• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the final recruitment stages.
• Coordinate and schedule client interviews, ensuring all details are captured in shared recruitment calendars.
• Provide interview reminders, handle conflicts, cancellations or delays promptly.
• Participate in client interviews when required, support interview flow and gather feedback.
• Conduct brief post‑interview feedback sessions with clients and relay outcomes to internal teams.
• Follow up on client feedback, maintain placement momentum and escalate delays affecting onboarding.
• Assist with final placement coordination and operational handover readiness.

• Proactive attitude with a focus on maintaining candidate and client engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple interview schedules and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition processes is preferred.
