Talent Business Partner

About the role

Signant Health is looking for an experienced Talent Business Partner to provide strategic HR support for its South African teams. You will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with the company’s growth objectives while ensuring compliance with local employment legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide dedicated local HR support for South Africa and partner with global leadership to align people strategies with business goals.
• Support organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness initiatives.
• Drive strategic people initiatives that enable business growth.
• Partner with specialist HR teams to deliver talent programs across compensation, rewards, learning & development, and more.
• Advise on performance management, talent development, organizational change, and succession planning.
• Investigate and resolve complex employee relations matters, collaborating with Legal and Employee Relations as needed.
• Oversee employment termination processes, ensuring compliance with the South African Labor Relations Act.
• Maintain internal workplace regulations in line with South African employment legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, Skills Development Act).

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Talent Business Partner or HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of South African labor laws, including the LRA, BCEA, and EEA.
• Ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and HR centers of excellence.
