Talent & Brand Specialist – Executive Assistant Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, highly discreet Talent & Brand Specialist to lead the sourcing and placement of Executive Assistants for CEOs, founders and principals in private family offices and creative sectors such as music, film, art and design. The role is fully remote and reports to the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑lists of qualified EA and senior business‑support candidates using LinkedIn, CRM, referrals and market mapping.
• Develop tailored outreach strategies to engage passive and active talent, especially from luxury, creative or ultra‑high‑net‑worth backgrounds.
• Conduct detailed screening interviews to assess professional experience, discretion, cultural fit and soft‑skill attributes.
• Prepare confidential candidate profiles summarising suitability, motivations and potential concerns.
• Collaborate with the Owner/Director and Senior Recruiter to deliver assignments that meet exacting client standards.
• Provide market insights such as salary benchmarking, talent availability and competitor intelligence.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting Executive Assistants or senior support roles in high‑profile, confidential environments.
• Strong judgment, professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with both candidates and clients.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to work independently in a remote setting.
