Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a global technology leader in building high‑performing teams. This fully remote, full‑time position focuses on sourcing, engaging, and hiring qualified candidates across the organization while ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage candidates through job boards, referrals, social platforms and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers, maintaining clear communication.
• Track candidate progress in the ATS and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with onboarding activities and prepare new‑hire documentation for successful candidates.

Required profile

• Experience using an applicant tracking system to manage pipelines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and hiring teams.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Familiarity with modern sourcing techniques and talent acquisition best practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
