Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist to build and maintain multilingual talent pipelines for its global programs. The role works remotely from South Africa and partners with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Workforce Management, Training, and other internal stakeholders to ensure workforce readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, language verification, candidate engagement, and offer support.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across multiple channels and communities to attract qualified candidates.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through outreach, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines and candidate communities for current and future hiring demand.
• Monitor labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor activity to spot sourcing opportunities and risks.
• Support recruitment marketing, referral programs, and employer branding initiatives.
• Partner with universities, community organizations, associations, and career services.
• Track sourcing funnel performance and improve candidate conversion and pipeline health.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure compliant recruiting practices.

Required profile

• Experience in recruiting and sourcing; full‑cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Proven track record of building pipelines through proactive sourcing and passive candidate engagement.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and improve sourcing effectiveness.
