Talent Acquisition Partner – Remote (South Africa)

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our fully remote team in South Africa. You will work directly with a US‑based recruiting firm, handling searches for financial services and wealth‑management clients across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage talent pipelines using LinkedIn, sourcing databases, and job boards.
• Screen, interview, and guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process.
• Maintain accurate data in our CRM/ATS and generate weekly recruiting metrics reports.
• Collaborate with a distributed team across multiple time zones, including regular touchpoints with US‑based colleagues and clients.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (agency or financial services background is a plus).
• People‑first mindset with a passion for connecting talent to opportunity.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote‑first, cross‑time‑zone environment.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet and backup power for load‑shedding periods.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS/CRM platforms.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and results‑driven.
