Talent Acquisition Partner (DACH Region)

About the role

Help shape high‑performing Sales and Partner Success teams across the DACH region by identifying and attracting top commercial talent in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment. The role is fully remote from South Africa and works 10:00‑19:00 SAST.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Sales and Partner Success positions, from junior to senior levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring goals, team requirements and role expectations.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse talent pipelines.
• Write engaging, authentic job advertisements.
• Deliver a seamless, personalised candidate experience throughout the process.
• Maintain accurate records in Workable and BambooHR.
• Track recruitment metrics, provide hiring insights and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 + years recruiting Sales and Customer Success professionals.
• Proven success filling difficult commercial roles in the DACH region.
• Full professional fluency in English; German language skills are a strong advantage.
• Experience in high‑growth or fast‑paced environments.
• Consultative, business‑focused recruitment approach with strong cultural‑fit assessment.

• BambooHR proficiency.
