Talent Acquisition & Learning Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition & Learning Specialist you will drive the attraction, development and onboarding of emerging talent for Dutoit Agri. You will work closely with educational institutions and internal stakeholders to build pipelines of graduates, interns and apprentices that meet current and future workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with universities, TVET colleges, agricultural colleges and schools to source emerging talent.
• Develop and manage graduate, internship, learnership and apprenticeship programmes, coordinating placements and work‑integrated learning.
• Maintain a database of prospective students and graduates and generate regular talent pipeline reports.
• Collaborate with managers to align talent initiatives with critical skill requirements.
• Support recruitment activities such as candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and pre‑employment processes.
• Coordinate annual Training Needs Analyses and assist with individual development plans.
• Plan, schedule and administer internal and external training programmes, handling logistics and documentation.
• Facilitate employee induction, onboarding and leadership development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, early‑career recruitment or graduate programmes.
• Strong ability to build partnerships with educational institutions and career services.
• Excellent coordination and project‑management skills.
• Understanding of learning and development processes and training logistics.
