About the role

We are looking for motivated professionals to join Flowmingo’s Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission‑only position you will leverage your existing HR or recruiting network to introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to new users. You will act as a trusted connector, helping hiring teams discover a platform that speeds up candidate evaluation while promoting fairness.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with HR, recruiting and hiring decision‑makers in your network.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and track referral progress.
• Gather feedback from prospects to help improve the product.
• Earn commissions for each successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add value.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate product value to non‑technical audiences.
• Comfortable communicating remotely and managing your own schedule.
