About the role

We are looking for proactive Talent Acquisition Business Partners to join Flowmingo’s Partner Program. In this flexible, commission‑only role you will introduce our AI‑powered interview platform to HR professionals, recruiters and decision‑makers in your network, helping them improve hiring speed and fairness.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with your professional network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Explain how the platform integrates into existing hiring workflows.
• Gather and relay feedback to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for every successful client referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter or talent‑acquisition consultant.
• Active network of HR and recruiting contacts.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with flexible hours.
