About the role

Flowmingo is looking for experienced HR and recruitment professionals to join its Partner Program as Talent Acquisition Business Partners. In this flexible, commission‑only position you will introduce Flowmingo’s AI‑powered interview platform to your network of hiring teams and help them integrate the solution into their hiring workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Share Flowmingo with HR, recruiting and hiring decision‑makers in your professional network.
• Facilitate introductions and explain how the platform fits into existing hiring processes.
• Gather and relay user feedback to improve the product.
• Earn commissions for every successful referral and receive bonuses for onboarding your own organization.

Required profile

• Current or former HR professional, recruiter, or talent acquisition consultant with an active network.
• Self‑starter who enjoys recommending tools that add real value.
• Comfortable working independently with no fixed hours or quotas.
