Systems Administrator (PBX & IT)

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing fintech company, is looking for a Systems Administrator with strong PBX and telephony experience. You will manage voice infrastructure, support core IT systems and ensure reliable office network operations in a dynamic, technology‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, maintain and troubleshoot PBX platforms (3CX, Asterisk, FreePBX, Yeastar, Grandstream).
• Configure SIP trunks, inbound/outbound routes, IVRs, call queues, extensions and call flows.
• Monitor PBX performance, resolve voice quality or connectivity issues and generate telephony reports.
• Deploy and configure new PBX solutions and support telephony incidents.
• Install, configure and maintain workstations, software and basic office network hardware (switches, firewalls, wireless APs, internet links).
• Assist with Active Directory user and group management and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Maintain basic firewall rules (FortiGate preferred) and ensure IT security best practices.
• Document technical procedures and provide user support as needed.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in system or PBX administration.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major PBX platform.
• Solid understanding of VoIP, SIP protocols and telephony reporting.
• Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
