About the role
The client is looking for a qualified SYSPRO Support Administrator to provide day‑to‑day operational support for the SYSPRO ERP environment across all divisions. You will act as the first‑line helpdesk, maintain master data, assist with month‑end processing and generate basic reports while ensuring data integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line user support and helpdesk assistance.
- Maintain master data across all SYSPRO modules.
- Execute month‑end / period‑end processing tasks.
- Assist with basic reporting and data extraction.
- Create and update documentation and training materials.
- Support system maintenance and routine checks.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) essential.
- Relevant IT, Finance or Business diploma/degree.
- 3–5 years of ERP support or administration experience, preferably with SYSPRO.
- Working knowledge of core accounting and inventory concepts (AR, AP, GL, Inventory, WIP).
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple divisions.
