Supply Chain Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Supply Chain Supervisor to join ADfusion Contract Management Services and help ensure our supply chain operations run safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. You will coordinate day‑to‑day departmental activities, lead a team of around ten employees and ensure performance, quality and compliance standards are consistently achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of the department, managing a team of approximately 10 employees.
• Drive achievement of departmental KPIs, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and on time.
• Enforce Standard Operating Procedures, Health & Safety requirements, PPE standards and operational processes.
• Monitor attendance, training needs, staffing levels and scheduled overtime.
• Maintain operational discipline through daily registers, toolbox tasks and end‑of‑shift housekeeping.
• Identify and resolve operational queries in collaboration with the ADfusion Shift Manager.
• Provide daily feedback on team performance, training, staffing and KPIs, and participate in planning meetings.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives that strengthen workflow, inventory integrity and overall supply chain performance.

Required profile

• At least 6 months experience in a logistics or distribution environment, with practical knowledge of warehouse operations.
• Experience leading and managing employees within an operational team.
• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Basic understanding of labour legislation and strong decision‑making and problem‑solving ability.
