Supply Chain Coordinator

About the role

SIAAC Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end order processes, demand forecasting and supplier performance across the organisation. The role bridges Sales, Finance, Logistics, Warehousing and Operations to ensure timely deliveries and minimise supply risks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate purchase orders from placement through to final delivery
• Maintain accurate open‑order tracking, supplier confirmations and delivery timelines
• Consolidate sales and project forecasts into group demand plans
• Monitor stock availability, open orders, committed sales and projected requirements
• Identify potential shortages, excess stock and supply risks
• Monitor supplier lead times, delivery performance and service levels
• Maintain supplier records and support supplier performance reviews
• Coordinate stock allocation and inter‑branch balancing across SIAAC operations
• Work with Finance on payment milestones, credit availability and supplier requirements
• Provide accurate order, forecast, inventory and supply‑risk reporting
• Escalate supplier delays, shortages and commercial risks before they impact operations
