Student Advisor – Undergraduate & Postgraduate

About the role

We are looking for two dynamic Student Advisors to join our team in Ruimsig, Johannesburg. In this high‑energy, target‑driven role you will promote our tertiary education programmes to prospective undergraduate and postgraduate students, delivering presentations and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging presentations at schools and career expos, distributing marketing materials and generating enquiries.
• Collect school databases to expand outreach and meet monthly collection targets.
• Make proactive calls, schedule and conduct interviews using a scripted approach, and achieve weekly interview targets.
• Assist candidates with online applications during interviews, follow up on unpaid applications, and drive fee payments.
• Convert applications into registrations to meet the campus’s annual registration goal.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, update the CRM system, and ensure all documentation is complete.

Required profile

• National Diploma (NQF6) with 3 years sales experience (preferred) or National Senior Certificate with 5 years sales experience.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle are essential.

• Proven capability to deliver compelling presentations at schools.
