About the role
Optimi Group is seeking motivated Student Advisors to join its College SA sales team in Centurion, Gauteng. The position is a five‑month fixed‑term contract focused on engaging prospective students, providing guidance on educational products and helping the organisation meet its sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Engage prospective students via phone, WhatsApp, email and ticketing systems, delivering clear information about courses and answering enquiries.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets by managing leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel and converting high‑potential prospects.
- Maintain operational metrics such as number of calls, call duration, WhatsApp conversations, emails sent and tickets answered.
- Handle cancellations in accordance with internal policies and ensure accurate follow‑up communication.
Required profile
- Grade 12 qualification.
- Minimum two years experience in a similar sales or customer‑service role.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
