Student Advisor

About the role

The Student Advisor will drive student recruitment and enrolment growth for CTU Training Solutions. Working from our Pretoria office, you will generate leads, build relationships, and guide prospective students through the enrolment process.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager and Enrolment Consultant in meeting enrolment and sales targets.
• Book and attend school appointments, especially with key feeder schools.
• Generate leads via databases, marketing campaigns, events, networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Maintain accurate prospect and enrolment data in the CRM system.
• Conduct follow‑ups, present programmes, prepare quotations, and close sales.
• Represent the institution at exhibitions, marketing events, and school visits.
• Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of sales experience, preferably in education or consulting.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills.
• Professional communication and customer‑focused attitude.
