Strategic Technical Trainer – FinTech

About the role

The Trainer will design and deliver large‑scale, strategic technical training across multiple functions within the Merchant Division. This role supports new processes, products, systems and initiatives, ensuring employees are equipped to thrive in a fast‑changing global digital economy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an agile training strategy and learning catalogue that aligns with core capabilities, competencies and regulatory requirements.
• Design, build and roll out technical training initiatives such as inductions, scenario‑based sessions, just‑in‑time learning and simulations.
• Maintain and continuously update training content to reflect evolving fintech, customer, and regulatory needs.
• Categorise training modules (e.g., hardware/software integration, cyber security, compliance, soft skills) to streamline design and delivery.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (technology, data, risk, customer experience) and external partners (suppliers, regulatory bodies) to ensure relevance and compliance.
