Strategic Account Sales Manager – Commercial

About the role

DP World is looking for an experienced Strategic Account Sales Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of high‑value customers within its Freight Forwarding business. The role acts as a trusted advisor, delivering integrated logistics and supply‑chain solutions that drive revenue, profitability and long‑term partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic partner for assigned key accounts, building relationships at operational, tactical and executive levels.
• Analyse customer supply chains to uncover inefficiencies, risks and growth opportunities.
• Design and sell innovative, end‑to‑end logistics solutions that increase wallet share and support customer business objectives.
• Achieve revenue, gross‑profit and account‑growth targets through strategic account planning and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless implementation of contracts, SOPs and service standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in strategic account management or commercial sales within logistics, freight forwarding or related sectors.
• Strong consultative selling approach with a track record of expanding revenue in existing accounts.
• Ability to understand complex supply‑chain models and translate them into value‑adding solutions.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across all organisational levels.
