Store Manager – Sorbet Salon

About the role

The Store Manager leads the Sorbet Salon in Vaal, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while driving store profitability. You will embed the Sorbet culture across the team, oversee daily operations, and mentor staff to deliver high‑quality services.

Key responsibilities

• Demonstrate and instil the “Sorbet Way” in all guest interactions.
• Resolve customer complaints within 24 hours and advise guests on treatment options.
• Promote and up‑sell treatments, manage call handling, and optimise the appointment scheduler.
• On‑board and mentor new staff, host monthly team talks, and manage rosters and training schedules.
• Oversee disciplinary procedures, performance management, and individual target setting.
• Drive loyalty program sign‑ups, maintain merchandising standards, and conduct inventory checks.
• Manage stock receiving, accurate invoicing, cash handling, and banking procedures.
• Prepare and submit reports, sales figures, and payroll data to the Area Manager.
