Store Manager – Sneaker Factory (45 hrs/week)

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead our Sneaker Factory outlet in Philippi. The role focuses on driving sales, managing expenses, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
• Controlling expenses and maintaining budget discipline.
• Managing stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
• People management, including recruitment, staff development, employee relations and performance management.
• Executing in‑store merchandising strategy and standards.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by implementing the customer service strategy and meeting customer demands.

Required profile

• A Matric certificate.
• Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year in store leadership.
