Store Manager – Retail Store (Randburg Square)

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Randburg Square store, driving sales, controlling costs, and ensuring world‑class store standards while managing a dynamic team.

Key responsibilities

• Increase sales by focusing on customer service, store image, stock management and promotional implementation.
• Minimise stock loss through a healthy store culture and strict security, stock and cash handling procedures.
• Manage costs by driving efficiencies in line with the company’s low‑cost culture.
• Ensure all administrative duties are completed according to company guidelines.
• Lead, train, coach and evaluate a dynamic team, maintaining health, safety and housekeeping standards.
• Oversee visual merchandising and promotional set‑ups.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification and proficiency in English.
• Relevant tertiary education (degree or diploma) in business/retail is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work retail hours and perform under pressure.
