About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to lead our American Swiss Jewellery outlet in Kenilworth. The role involves driving sales performance, managing expenses, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
- Control store expenses and manage budgets.
- Monitor and limit stock losses to meet company shrinkage standards.
- Recruit, develop, and manage store staff, handling performance and employee relations.
- Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and fulfil customer demands.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
