About the role

The Store Manager will lead the @Home Livingspace store at Highveld Mall, driving sales performance and ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and maintaining store standards in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
Control expenses and manage stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
Lead people management activities, including recruitment, staff development, performance management and employee relations.
Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering the company’s service strategy.
Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed.

Required profile

Matric certificate.
Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role.
Demonstrated ability to drive engagement, accountability and team performance.
