Store Manager – 45 hrs/week – Mountain Mill, Worcester

About the role

The Store Manager will lead the Mountain Mill outlet in Worcester, driving sales performance and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This full‑time position (45 hours per week) reports to regional management and is responsible for the overall operational success of the store.

Key responsibilities

• Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
• Controlling expenses
• Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
• People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
• Executing in‑store merchandising strategy and standards
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling the demands of our customers

Required profile

• A Matric certificate
• Minimum 3 years retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store leadership role
