Store Manager – 45 hrs/week – Mountain Mill, Worcester

About the role
We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to lead our Mountain Mill outlet in Worcester. Working 45 hours per week, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing expenses and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve turnover targets and control store expenses.
- Monitor stock losses and maintain shrinkage within company standards.
- Recruit, develop and manage store staff, handling performance and employee relations.
- Implement in‑store merchandising standards and visual displays.
- Deliver the customer‑service strategy to maximise satisfaction and loyalty.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum three years of retail experience, including at least one year in a store‑leadership role.
Required skills
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Effective communication and problem‑solving skills.
