About the role
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our Sportscene store in Stellenbosch. The role focuses on driving sales, managing the team and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Drive turnover to achieve sales targets.
- Control expenses and manage stock losses to keep shrinkage within company standards.
- Recruit, develop and manage staff, handling employee relations and performance management.
- Execute in‑store merchandising strategy and maintain visual standards.
- Deliver the customer service strategy to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Required profile
- Matric certificate.
- Minimum three years of retail experience, including at least three years in a store leadership role.
- Knowledge of sneaker culture and trends.
