About the role
The Store Manager will be responsible for driving turnover, controlling expenses, and managing stock losses while leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee recruitment, staff development, and performance management, ensuring the store meets merchandising standards and company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Driving turnover to ensure the achievement of targets
- Controlling expenses
- Managing stock losses to ensure shrinkage is in line with the Company standard
- People management, including recruitment, development of staff, employee relations, performance management
- Executing in‑store merchandising strategy and standards
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by executing our customer service strategy and fulfilling customer demands
Required profile
- A Matric certificate
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with at least 1 year of store leadership experience
